Should you be just starting out with a fitness regime or an experienced exerciser our friendly and qualified staff are on hand to help you.

A variety of exercise classes are run weekly and consist of Fitball for core stability, Aquafit in the pool, Bodytone for a general work out, a Pilates class and Boxercise.

Facilities are complimentary for hotel residents and we also offer a membership package for non-residents.

Membership options:

• Peak time membership - any time that the club is open.
• Off peak membership 09:00 - 15:00 week days and at any time during opening hours on weekend and bank holidays. 
• Family membership of 2 adults and 2 children between ages 5 - 15 
• Corporate membership is available for a group of 5 employees or more

An induction on joining to ensure that you use the equipment correctly along with a programme to suit your fitness goals, which can be reviewed after 6 weeks.
